Our Story

About Us

Welcome to our world of artisanal farmhouse ice cream!

Here at The Good Dairy Company, we take pride in producing the finest ice cream using milk and cream from our very own pedigree Friesian cows. Established in 2021, we are a family run business producing and supplying Ireland's most luxurious farmhouse ice-cream to the country's retails store, hotels, restaurants and cafes.

Our Unique Process

Each batch is handcrafted in small batches to ensure care and quality is given to every last tub. Inspired by our breath-taking natural landscape and magnificent coastal location along the Wild Atlantic Way, we create flavours that reflect the beauty of our surroundings.

Within one hour of milking the cows, our udderly scrumptious ice cream is produced right here on our dairy farm. This commitment to freshness and quality is what sets us apart.

A Legacy of Excellence

Trained in Sicily by Master Chef's. Developing techniques and combining flavours to create bold combinations and big tastes. Our traditional farmhouse ice-cream has an Sicilian twist.
